As you know, IABMAS2016, the 8th International Conference on Bridge Maintenance, Safety and Management

will be held next year in Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil, from June 26-30, 2016.
The conference is organized on behalf of the International Association for Bridge Maintenance and Safety (IABMAS)
http://www.iabmas.org
by the Brazilian Group of IABMAS under the auspices of the University of São Paulo.
The aim of IABMAS2016 is to bring together all the very best work that has been done in the field of bridge maintenance, safety and management, to stimulate and promote research into this field, and to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
The interest of the international engineering community in IABMAS2016 has been confirmed by a significant response to the call for papers. However, we think we could try to increase these numbers a little more to better promote our field in South America. So we would like to ask your help to encourage more people to submit abstracts and participate in our MS and SS next year.
So we would like to inform you that we will be receiving Abstracts exceptionally until September 7th, 2015. Do not miss this last opportunity. Use our website to upload your abstract!

The Conference Proceedings will be published by Taylor & Francis (CRC Press) and will be distributed at the Conference to registered participants. Extended versions of selected papers presented at the Conference will be considered for publication in Structure and Infrastructure Engineering - Maintenance, Management, Life-Cycle Design& Performance, an international peer-reviewed scientific journal.
